Sara graduated in classical singing from the Cégep St-Laurent in 2004. Three years later she got her B.Mus. in Performance at the Université de Montréal.
As a soloist and chorus member, she has gained lasting experience performing in operas like Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story (in the leading female role), Henri Purcell’s The Fairy Queen, Antonín Dvořák’s Stabat Mater, Benjamin Britten’s Midsummer Night’s Dream and Claudio Monteverdi’s L'Incoronazione di Poppea in which she played Damigella, an enticing and charming young woman.
In 2006 and 2007 Sara won a scholarship from the Fondation du Soutien des Arts de Laval. An artist with great talent, she will start a master degree this fall.
For all those who are interested, Sara also teaches singing.
